We prefer Paypal payments and also accept non-Paypal Credit/Debt Cards, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks. All checks must be drawn on United States banks only. Items purchased by personal check will not ship until payment has cleared the bank which takes 3 - 5 business days.
Shipping
We ship world wide, and charge only actual fair shipping costs. Every effort is made to ship through the most economical means available.
Return policy
Kawoni Studios gladly offers returns or exchanges on any purchase within two weeks with a receipt. Custom orders are subject to a 15% nonrefundable deposit, as discussed when ordering. All fiber orders must be clean and stain free with tags attached. Special order portraits are non-refundable.
